Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile on Pinkfinity, whether for yourself (a Self Account) or on behalf of your son or daughter (a Parent Account). By registering, you confirm that the person the profile represents meets this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

Registration requires a verified mobile number, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information — including your date of birth, location, height, and other profile details — and to keep it up to date. Profiles found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended.

Pinkfinity offers a Free plan and paid Silver, Gold, and Diamond plans, billed monthly or every 3 months. Paid plans are activated manually by our team after payment is confirmed by card or bank transfer, and remain active until the end date shown in your dashboard unless renewed.

If a paid membership is not renewed, your account automatically returns to the Free plan at expiry. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You may optionally submit your National Identity Card (NIC) for review to receive a verified badge on your profile. NIC images are stored privately and used only for verification — they are never shown to other members.

Pinkfinity is intended for genuine, marriage-minded singles and their families. You agree not to create fake or duplicate profiles, harass or abuse other members, send spam or solicit money, or use the platform for any purpose other than respectful matchmaking.

Violations may be reported by any member using the Report Ad feature on a profile, and our team reviews all reports.

Your full name, date of birth, private photos, and contact details are only shared with members after a mutual match, or after you approve a specific photo or contact request. You control these approvals at all times from your dashboard.

You may delete your own account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Accounts that remain inactive for 2 months or more after their paid membership expires will receive a warning notification 45 days beforehand, and may be automatically deleted if there is no further activity.

Pinkfinity facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee compatibility, marriage outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by other users. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, including meeting matches safely.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pinkfinity after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
