Refund Policy

Pinkfinity does not currently process card or bank payments automatically. When you choose a paid plan, you submit payment details (card confirmation or a bank transfer receipt), and our team manually reviews and activates your membership — usually within 1-2 business days.

If your membership has not yet been activated by our team, you may cancel your request at any time from your dashboard and no charge applies.

If you were charged but your membership was never activated due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you activated a plan but did not use any of its paid features (unlimited interest requests, contact unlocks, boosted visibility, priority support, etc.), you may request a refund within 3 days of activation.

Once you have used any paid-tier feature — sending interest requests beyond the free limit, connecting with another member, or receiving an ad boost — that billing period is no longer refundable.

Refunds are not provided for accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including fake profiles, harassment, or fraudulent activity.

Partial billing periods (e.g. cancelling partway through a 3-month plan) are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Contact our support team at support@pinkfinity.lk or via WhatsApp with your registered mobile number and the reason for your request. Please include your payment receipt if you paid by bank transfer.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers are refunded to the same account the payment was received from; card payments are refunded to the original card where possible.
